Cory was extremely pleasant to work with. I felt I was given helpful information on my vehicle so I could make an accurate decision on what services we needed immediately.
Separately, there was an odd interaction with a fellow customer who seemed to want my attention. Cory noticed the odd behavior and subtly removed me from the situation. I appreciated that no one made a scene, while also showing me it was noticed and that I was seen and safe. Cory showed his colors as a true gentleman, and my husband and I both appreciate his quick and careful thinking!
