I noticed where they emptied my console into a plastic bag on the passenger seat there were some ink stains and smudges on the fabric underneath the bag. It looked like they started to put the contents from the console directly onto the seat and noticed the stains and tried to wipe them up and then stuffed the rest of the contents into a plastic bag. Thankfully I had some Shout wipes to clean the majority of the stains up. Also some of the contents and change was spilled on the floor in the back. And the work order said the car was washed but it was still unwashed when they returned it.
It seemed like they were in a rush.

My second primary concern of having the tire pressure sensors programmed was not done. I was told by my service writer that they had a second tire pressure sensor that I needed could be installed quickly. I called to check in two hours later and was told the part wasn’t in. Communication is seriously lacking. Also when I arrived at the dealership the lot porter who greeted me was grumpy and short with me.
