I was on site from 8:30am to 11:30. When my vehicle was done and I paid the bill I was told my vehicle would be brought up. Nothing was said about checking in with a valet. I’ve bought two vehicles at this dealership. You won’t see me again.

4.5 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I also had to hunt down my service advisor for updates, no one bothered to give me updates.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30 pm. It took three hours to get my Tacoma back. I was there day the prior and was reassured it was in my best interest to make an appointment. The service department seemed to be disorganized because of short techs. I was disappointed in the service and wait time.
