Not all employees had their noses covered with their masks. Including the man who greeted me and woman that drove my car up from the valet. This seemed very irresponsible & unprofessional and made me feel unsafe. However, my agent Barbara Robertson wore her mask correctly at all times and delivered excellent customer service!
