Hello! I was rushed off this morning when I dropped off my car by a guy who was covering for Michael. I believe his name was Jason? I was told that I would get a call around 11am for an update, never got a call back. At 11:30am, I got a text message stating my car was ready so I tried connecting with Michael for 1 hour and 30 mins- That’s just ridiculous! I called multiple times and no one was able to help me at ALL. There was no manager, no supervisor no colleague, no one to talk to other than “leave a message”. He finally called me back and apologized for the delayed, he said they were short staff. I think this is unacceptable. Why would we wait that long to get a call back? At this point, I didn’t know what was the status of the breaks on my car. I wish things would have been handled better- that’s all.

When I went back to pay and pick up my car, Michael ( he didn’t check me in, it was someone next to his desk ) was busy with another customer. There was 3 other advisors who didn’t have any customers. I asked the advisor next to him ( who checked me in originally ) I asked him if he can check me out too, he refused and he told me he would have helped me check out if Michael wasn’t there. So I had to keep standing after the lady Michael was helping and the other 3 advisors not helping any customers.
