Our family has bought several vehicles, here, new and used. I had a private mechanic who does a great job but I started coming to the dealership because I expected that the dealership would have parts in stock and top notch service. I am generally impressed with the level of care I receive here. What concerned me on my last visit was that my customer service rep was, at times, wearing his mask around his chin. I chose to wait outside while he helped a large family ahead of me. He apologized to me about not wearing his mask properly when I queried his coworker who wasn’t busy at the time. The next time I saw him, as I waited for my vehicle, he was wearing his mask on his chin again. Servicing my car is a priority as I drive a lot for my job. However, I do have concerns about being in a retail environment during the pandemic and try to take every precaution to stay safe. I know that wearing a mask for extended periods is uncomfortable and I hope that accommodations are made for the comfort and safety of your employees.

Barbara was great, but .since service was on a Sunday, I couldn’t talk to a manager or the warranty dept. on needing to replace 2 tires purchased at the dealership 11 months ago. The tires were 60k and only 35k put on them so we shouldn’t hav to pay full price to replace them. We plan to talk with the manager on Monday

The service person Michael North is the worst customer service representative for Roseville Toyota. If it's was not for Paul Koontz there no way I would come back to have any service or but a car from this dealership. He was amazing and thank him for everything. Michael North needs to learn how to treat customers of any ethnicity group. He had a terrible attitude thank goodness for Paul Koontz.
