I was very surprised that there was no social distancing of the chairs in the service area. A lot of customers were not wearing masks or had them on improperly. Patrons should be wearing them to protect your employees. Car service was fine. Rebekah did a good job.

While some of your staff tried to be COVID-19 compliant with PPE, I noticed dozens in my hour and a half wait for service there that weren’t. Most all of your customers were but I saw several of your employees with the mask down around their chin or none at all walking up and down the hallways. Very disappointed and doubt that I’ll be back.
