This was the first maintenence for my 2020 Carolla that I purchased from you. It consisted of a tire rotation, and a fluid check and my request to check that the entune app was working. Shane the service advisor was nice and documented my concern, as were the people that checked me in. The alexa-toyota app is still the only app shown as being compatible with my vehicle despite the tech getting a team lead to check on it. I don't know where the break down in communication was on that, but it will have to wait until the next checkin to be fixed. I also assumed the car would get a wash and a vacuum, for some reason I was under the impression this comes with the oil change/check in but apparently not. Also, I was disappointed that there was not a shaded outdoor waiting area set up for customers who are not comfortable waiting in side. All in all this was an hour and forty five minutes (not including travel time) for a whole lot of nothing as far as actual vehicle help. The customer service people were at least nice.
