Problem not addressed or even recognized. Felt blown off. Rear differencial whistles/howles at 55 to 60mph. Given the quality of service at this shop next time I pay $40k for a brand new truck I will absolutely go elsewhere.

The Service Advisor wasn’t super friendly. She didn’t offer a car wash. The Service Advisor will usually go over the worksheet and she didn’t she just handed it to me. I had to go back and ask what exactly was replaced. She was just super short and moody.Perhaps because I didn’t spend much money this time around I wasn’t worth her time. Purchased two vehicles so far from Roseville Toyota and drive from Sacramento to service my car there. I’m hoping it was just an isolated experience.

The girl that retrieved my vehicle took the driver seat and pushed all the way to steering wheel (assuming to drive it forward). Couldn’t be bothered to adjust seat back and I couldn’t get in my own car. Inconsiderate and lazy. Makes it hard for a customer. Much less radio not turned on and with all the high tech couldn’t figure out how to get it back. Had to drive back to dealer to ask for help after messing around and not knowing how to get it. Not everyone knows all the high tech settings when changed.

Molly Kennedy didn’t even tried to pick me up at the lobby when my car was 30min done. My car was done for 30 min and I’ve been waiting for 1.5 hour in the lobby. She texted me that my car was done when I was home already and I can show you the text message to me and the time I received it. When I asked her why she didn’t even bother to pick me up at the lobby when my car was done she said she was busy with other customer. I am a customer too. She should have just texted me but she didn’t. Like I said she did texted me but I was already home when she did.
