Everyone was wonderful until a man and his wife refused to wear a mask. I did not witness the confrontation but when I went to the valet, the employees were gathered around him with ALL of their masks pulled down discussing how everyone was a sheep. What upset me most is then the young man went and got my car. This was NOT how I expect your employees to behave and am seriously rethinking my next car. I was thinking a Highlander but now will likely go to Subaru. So disappointed at what I witnessed.
