I had an appointment for a simple oil change, and I end up waiting over two hours, and the adviser never called me to let me know what’s going on, so I went to check with her after an hour and a half, and she said o they just started working on it , so maybe another 20 minutes, and it took another more then half an hour. so when I got home I called Toyota to speak with a service manager, no answer I left a message on his voice mail, no call back! That was my experience with Toyota today! Not good!
