Steve was great. When I was called for the appointment I was told to have under 3/4 tank fuel. When I picked my car and got home, I opened the back hatch, 3rd seat was up and a car seat in the middle was taken out and layer back upside down. If was told they needed in my back seats, I would have removed them myself instead of my car being a mess
