Steve was great throughout the entire experience. However, after a 2nd trip with our vehicle, the LoJack sensor was not plugged back into the ODP port. After calling LoJack, I was able to reconnect the port myself. The LoJack tech told me this happens very often after a vehicle is serviced and I wanted to make sure Roseville Toyota was aware of the problem. Otherwise, my experience was very positive and I appreciate Steve's going the extra mile for us.

The service provided by your cleaning team was extremely low quality. I did not like the condition my car was in when it was returned to me. Whoever it was who “detailed my car” did not do his or hers job to the best quality Toyota says they provide. I was very disappointed in the service provided. On the other hand I am satisfied with the technician who fixed my ABS actuator now that is a guy I can trust.
