Since this was my first service appointment with this vehicle with only 1,000 miles on the odometer. I was disappointed with the lack of professional service.
Neither the interior or exterior received any care. Other dealers I’ve been to would at least use and air hose and blow out the interior. Another Toyota Dealer would wash my car after every service.
There’s and Old Saying, you can receive more business by “word of mouth.”
If the customer received good service he may tell another individual. However, if that same customer receives No or Bad service he may tell 10 individuals. I may have to go back to the other dealer that wants and earns my business.

Not only did the issue that I asked about not get resolved (the team couldn’t hear the noise the car was making or feel the vibration it induces); they didn’t notify me of an issue listed on my reciept, simply stating that I “refused service” despite not giving me a chance to refuse and they dirtied my center armrest (apparently not stopping to wipe grease or other grime off before testing my car or wiping it off afterwards)

When you say that the interior will be “detailed” the seats should be steam cleaned. Also the part that was broken during the first service which was supposed to be replaced was not.
