There was a calamity of problems trying to get back to pick up my car. I did not realize until I talked to Payton how long my recall issue would require. I went home in a lift vehicle. When Payton sent lift to pick me up they never arrived and and sent a text saying cancelled. I called Payton 3 time and left messages. I called the main Toyota number 3 and they could not reach Payton either. Finally after standing in the heat for oven an hour someone got Payton to call me. I told him how angry I was. I wanted my car delivered to me and that happened after Payton called again to tell me when it would arrive.
