Austin, Chris, coffee bar staff, valet, checkin, phone appt staff and all staff i encountered while waiting with my 2 dogs were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
All interactions matter. I came back to Roseville eventhough it was much farther for me than Folsom because the phone appt interaction with Folsom was awful. I returned to Roseville as i knew they would exceed expectations.
