Kyle was great, but when I got my car back it had been rained on (it’s a garage car that I wash frequently), all the windows were open despite the air being unhealthily Smokey from wildfires, the AC was blasting, my seat and mirror had been moved, and nothing was sanitized as I was handed the key directly after someone had been driving it even though there were signs saying high touch areas would be sanitized due to Covid. When I get service at my normal place they’re very careful to leave or put my items back in place as I had them, they put paper down on the floor so their shoes don’t leave dirt, and even run it through a wash if it sits outside overnight. It would go a long way to take more care with these little things.

I think they should have loaned me a car for the 2 hours it took to get my car serviced. Instead I had to pay $35 to rent a car for two hours so I could run an errand and return to work.
