Barbara was so sweet in helping me quickly. I also really appreciated that she noticed I was standing outside waiting for my car to be brought up for an extended amount of time while holding my baby in the heat, so she checked in with me and with the people bringing it up to ensure it was being brought. I really appreciated her taking the time to do that! Thank you!

Rebekah was extremely helpful. I had several questions about extending my Toyotacare service program, the dent repair service I bought With the vehicle and the roadside service that comes with toyotacare. She was able to answer all my questions and even went so far as to deliver my vehicle by working the concierge desk when no one was available to get my vehicle. She did a great job! She was nice. Not sure if she gave me wrong information about the car though. Sometimes they tell me every 5k miles she told 7.5k miles and 8 months. I know manual says 7.5k miles so she was right there. But she made it sound like I only had 2 services left when I clearly have the 84 month or 100k mile extended service plan

I was disappointed to be charged $67 to once again inspect the faulty lifback that has intermittently functioned since we took ownership. This has been an ongoing issue that should be covered fully Until fully functioning! This should be reimbursed.
