Barbara was so sweet in helping me quickly. I also really appreciated that she noticed I was standing outside waiting for my car to be brought up for an extended amount of time while holding my baby in the heat, so she checked in with me and with the people bringing it up to ensure it was being brought. I know manual says 7.5k miles so she was right there. But she made it sound like I only had 2 services left when I clearly have the 84 month or 100k mile extended service plan
