I was very disappointed in how my appointment for a recall on my 2018 Corolla was handled. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance and received numerous reminders and when I got dropped off and my driver had left I was informed Roseville Toyota was out of stock on the recall part. I would have appreciated once I made the appointment that a part be set aside for my car. I had booked a maintenance service at the same time and went ahead with that service. Yet I have to now come back when the part comes in. Instead of getting email, text and phone reminders for my appointment, I would have liked to reschedule when the part was available. The staff was nice and the service was good, but the inconvenience was a little disheartening. Thank you, I hope this will be taken to heart. Not just for me but all the other customers that are inconvenienced in this way.
