Very bad experience. I scheduled an appointment with a representative over the phone and took time out of my day to bring the car in. The Toyota dealership contacted me after I dropped the car off to inform me they didn’t have the part and wouldn’t be able to make the repair. This was an airbag recall notice so I don’t understand the error Toyota made in scheduling the appointment. It was a big inconvenience and total waste of time. Very disappointed.
