Just one small problem...when my daughter went to pick her car up she was sent on a goose chase to find Micheal Webster.
Her name was Laken. She gave my daughter the impression that she didn’t know who Micheal Webster was when in fact she was sitting right next to him.
My daughter said she was very rude to her. Other than that, the drop off went well.

I only useToyota service department to service my Prius. Why is that they do not op of the fluids when that is part of the service. I even asked prior to picking up my car. Last service coast about $500 or 65K service. And this service was for 67K.
