Steve was great and very efficient in communicating how my visit today would be handled. I use Roseville Toyota because I have usually been treated well and trust the advice given me.
I asked if the dealership’s arrangement with Uber included a tip. I was told that a tip had bern paid. I inquired of each of the two drivers for the trip home and return whether the dealership had paid for tgecUbdr service plus a tip. Both emphatically said “no”, sobI tipped each. I would like to be told what is actually the dealership’s practice for future trips.
