I recently lost my job and decided to take my truck to another place for my oil change to save a few bucks. They ended up breaking the oil filter and could not get it out. Cole Anderson set up a tow truck to come get my truck and bring it to Roseville Toyota. They completely covered the repair and oil change for me plus gave me a voucher for my next service. Mike and Cole are great!

I took my 2019 tacoma in for 15,000 scheduled maintenance (tire rotation) which was purchased in Oct 2019. When i was in my way home in the freeway I noticed a vibration on the steering wheel when i go over 65mph so I called them back and told them about. I brought it back the following day. I was told that the job that they had performed should not cause that vibration so either pay $90 or they will just rotate it back the same way.
