Cory always calls me soon after I leave a message and makes me feel totally at ease whenever I have to go get something done on my car. He is kind and shows compassion and always attentive to me as a customer. You have an excellent employee in him and I am grateful for him.

Steve essentially saved the day as far as my experience at Toyota because the other individuals that I had dealt with prior to arriving at Toyota which I guess was a call center was terrible. Not Because they were unfriendly but because they could not give me an accurate answer. My level of frustration when I arrived at Toyota was very high but Steve was able to remedy the situation and I left a satisfied customer

Steve did a great job of explaining everything to me and the service was done on time. The problem is with the valet. After waiting 10 minutes for my vehicle I asked the young lady at the valet desk if someone was getting my car and she said she didn't know. She called someone over to the desk and asked them if they could get my car and started arguing about who was working harder than the other person and they shouldn't have to go get it and someone else should have to do it that wasn't working as hard. At that point I went in and talked to Steve about what had transpired and he said he would take care of it. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with the valet service at Roseville Toyota. I have been a customer of Roseville Toyota and John l Sullivan Chevrolet for a long time but I don't know if I can continue to be a patron with the lack of service I have experienced.
