Austin did a great job, however, I was very surprised that the tire technician didn’t take a minute to wipe down my rim after mounting the new tire. Granted, it was dusty when I had the blowout, but wiping the rim down would have shown me that customer satisfaction is important to the technician. The valet offered to wipe it down when I mentioned it to her. She did good.
