Alex L did not provide me with great customer service, not only did I have to wait double the time I was initially quoted, but I had to track him down to get answers regarding my vehicle in order for services to be done. He refused to give me a price for changing the front rotors only, he pushed the idea of getting brakes done along with rotors even though the brakes did not need to be changed. I am disappointed with this dealer for hiring people that don’t care about their customers, for them we are just numbers or $ signs. What happened with the old fashioned customer service?
