Passenger side of my car and the dashboard in front of the passenger seat were dirty. The seat had dirt on it as well. I was able to use a leather cleaner and all is good but I have never had an issue before at Toyota and this was my first trip to this outlet.

Jason is always a total gentleman and very knowledgeable! Always a pleasure dealing with him.
I was uncomfortable with some of the younger people (several young women) not wearing masks. They go no good if they’re dangling around your neck. Not fair to the elderly people coming to service their cars. Plus customers not complying either. You should be requiring EVERYONE on the premises to wear masks. It’s not optional in other places! Thanks!

Came in and told them there was a screw in my tire. After looking at it they told me there was no screw. That it was the sensor that I needed to replace for $165. I told them there is 100% a screw in the rear back tire. That I’m not going to replace a sensor. They said they would look again. Sure enough there was a screw in the back right tire. No apology for the mistake. So at checkout I told them it concerns me that you were going to sell me a sensor. And the guy plainly told me, well if it’s flashing it’s the sensor. I said well is it still flashing?? He said they didn’t tell him. So I get in the car. No light. No sensor. And I was going to be sold a non faulty sensor and leave for a big road trip with a screw in my tire. And pay $165 for nothing. No apology. Nothing. Terrible customer service!!
