On top of previous problems regarding the first vehicle I purchased... I purchased my 2016 Kia Optima sep 2nd 2020, I spent 2K on leather seats that took over a month, if not two months to be installed. My door handle on the passenger side fell off almost immediately and I’ve been to Toyota, I’ve reported it to my salesmen etc. My car engine light came on in the month of December 2020, and now my car does not start and my car has been sitting at the Kia dealership in the Roseville auto mall for two an a half weeks now. I call every morning to check the status of my vehicle, I never ever! Receive ANY calls back after leaving a brief voicemail with my name, & cell phone number. So again, I call back, still no information! I’ve waited through Christmas holidays with NO CAR, the New Years with NO CAR, and now my only child’s SECOND BIRTHDAY with NO CAR!!!! after spending over 13grand!!! And hours of my life I’ll never get back! Memories I will not be able to create, or opportunities to make possible for my family! I have had an awful experience I wish I could just get my money back and take my business elsewhere! Not to mention, I’m not even from Roseville, so I have to drive 3 hours just to get my vehicle. Which makes me think, I’ll have to drive down there just to find out what’s wrong with my car that I put money into. EXTREMELY disappointed, DISSATISFIED, and would never recommend this auto mall mall unless my problems get solved. I’ve already talked to supervisors, mangers, my salesmen, Kia, and Toyota both. I have no rental, no car. For almost a month now. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!! If I can’t get my car figured out, I’ll be bringing my attorney into this. It’s out of control, and makes me feel stressed out constantly.
