They misspelled my name and also wrote the vin number down wrong. Then I was rushed to sign the legally binding document, but insisted I will not sign anything I hadn’t read yet. I saw those two errors and then Paul agreed to fix them. After about 30 minutes, they seemed to be fixed, but upon closer inspection, there were even more errors. My license plate number was completely different then my license number. When I asked what that number was, he stated it was the business license number of the dealership. Then, he reprinted the documents again and it appeared to be fixed. I don’t understand how so many mistakes could have been made over and over again. In addition, when I was driving my car off the dealership, I smelled something which resembled freshly poured asphalt. I couldn’t find anything had spilled in the car and assumed it was outside the vehicle. After a few more errands, the car still smelled. I called and explained this to Paul, to which he replied that no one had been in my car, but only to move my vehicle in and out of the shop. Then he told me it’s not like someone was going through my car, or glove box, etc, which I had never implied, but I thought it was a very odd comment to make. I assured him I was not accusing anyone of going through my car, but rather was only inquiring as to what the smell was, and if it was safe to keep driving. He assured me it was most likely a sticker which was on the catalytic converter, and/or the coating from the factory on the part, both of which would diminish over time, and if it still smelled after the weekend, call him back on Monday. I agreed, but after all was said and done, through the mistakes on the official documents to the smell of asphalt in my car, I am kind of confused as to what caused all these things to happen.

The brakes were not completely bled on rear brake job 12/30 resulting in long brake pedal travel. I had to return 12/31 to have it resolved. I will say the service advisor Paul took care of me and had the problem resolved.
