Toyota lost my driver’s side tow cap during service. Alexander has not returned my calls or provided an update on the status of Roseville Toyota’s solution. I have been meaning to contact the Service Manager. Not happy.

I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. However the man that work outside of the door that hands out the keys is not very nice or professional which is an anomaly of Toyota’s very welcoming customer service. Gleb in sales showroom was very professional and very customer oriented staff. His customer approach was very low key and welcoming, that when i buy my next Toyota, i will buy it from him! I did not look my best because i was there early in the morning for car servicing and he approach me from mu table while having table. I must say, he answered all my questions, showed me my options and if i did not restrained myself i would have bought my next car right there! Never did he ever look down or condescending in the way he treated me! I like Toyota even more now!!!!!!
