I’m satisfied but at the same time I have noticed that the service advisors that I have dealt with are not as good as Adam Kucharek was. They don’t go over the MPI results nor do they review the work done anymore. Since Adam left, I have not found a service advisor that I completely trust.

The only thing I would recommend is to do a walk around the Customers vehicle when delivering it back to them after service. What if there was a accident in the shop, Scratch maybe? Should be the same going in for service as well as coming out. Other then that, good job
