Had the vehicle approx 4k miles and it required a new clutch and now half shafts and now he's saying it needs the transmission rebuilt. Lori told us that the drivetrain was covered when we purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty that she pushed on us. My wife specifically asked if the clutch and transmission was covered and she said yes. You sold us a $30k used paperweight. We're contacting the dmv and a lemon law lawyer since it's covered under that provision being newer than 2015.

Alex was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my couple of questions fully and quickly. He has a very pleasant and professional demeanor and shows his respect and manners towards me, the customer. It was the first time my new RAV4 was at the service department for it’s first oil change. I am very glad that Alex was randomly assigned my car. After speaking with him and he answered my questions, I thanked him for his help with my questions and I asked for his business card and told him I want him to continue to be my Service Advisor.
