When I called service 1/2 hr before closing with a flat tire warning the young lady said they could not help me because the were closing. I went to service anyway because I was scared to drive an hour home with a flat tire. Service was awesome and took my care to check tire right away. It took 10 minutes and I was on my way home. They just increased the pressure. No flat tire. He was pleasant and professional. Thank you.

She was great. My only ask is why are we paying with the advisor and not the cashier as we have in the past. I guess this is a dealership/management team change however with traffic in your in take area and having to wait outside in the cold for advisors to finish up with clients it just seems awkward to not be just paying at the cashier.
