We only let Toyota work on our car because we know do it once and do it right plus we're always treated with the utmost respect and we appreciate it thank you.

They broke my specialty key chain. It is a screw apart clasp and instead of asking someone it seems whoever removed the fob from my keys decided to yank it apart destroying the key ring. Then no one informed me of this until I went to my car and leave and I picked up my key chain and all my keys fell to the ground.

Have service plan and was charged for oil change on the last service visit under the plan. Had to pay for oil change as only had $30 credit left. Too technical as I purchased oil changes plan and not aware of a dollar limit.
