When our post purchase installation of a towing package was completed, apparently some part was left out which I was not told about. I got a call a week later saying that the part was in and we needed to come back for that installation. My wife took the car in, waited several hours, and then was told that the part wasn’t actually available. So now we will need to come in for a third time? Also, since no one has explained what is missing, it’s not clear whether the hitch is even safe to use! Not very pleased.

Meredith was extremely helpful! My husband and I came in the evening before my RAV4 appointment to drop off my vehicle and then planned to return to pick it up while dropping off his Tacoma. Meredith was able to get both of our vehicles in before the service department closed! Last time we were in for service, it was an extremely long wait. I definitely was not looking forward to a repeat experience! Thanks to Meredith, it was all accomplished quickly and efficiently!
