I was told on the phone when I made my appointment that it would include a visual brake inspection. It did not. I learned when checking out that I would have had to pay an additional $29.99 to rotate tires and get a brake inspection. I think there was poor communication from the person who took my appointment initially. It’s not a huge deal, but I was not happy about the miscommunication. I’ll just change my own oil next time and check my own brakes while it’s on the lift.

Laken went the extra miles to get my car in and serviced as well as showed me the value of suggested repairs. Cory was the winning baton with continued great service of professionalism and a friendly helpful demeanor. Love Roseville Toyota! And If and when Toyota makes a vehicle with an attractive front interior I’d buy a new one. The high rise display is not my style

The whole process took 4 months. I was there for 3 hours for a process that should only have taken 1 hour. I looked up the service procedures as well and should not have been charhed for this upsaye at all since my subscription service is good until 8/2021. Not real happy about this after reading this info online including the steps on how it it done directly from Toyota website including USB delivery tool

My visit was my mistake. I must have spilled water from a vase onto the front passenger floor, which caused a leak on the floor of the garage. So, it wasn't a mechanical error, but my error.
