I had completed my 90K service at 84K on my truck. Steve told me that my 90K service needed to be completed and quoted me $1300. The time prior to this oil change, the service advisor had correctly reminded me that I had already completed the 90k service and only needed an oil change. I had to to go home yesterday to research my notes to verify. Steve did do a great job of giving a free tire rotation when I was upset about $175 charge for replacing a weather strip.
