I trust the service I receive at Roseville Toyota . The representatives are always courteous and the service is done in a timely fashion. I live within a few blocks of another Toyota dealership but will not go there because they have misled me on more than one occasion. I will instead travel to Roseville where I feel I can believe what I am told as well as getting great service.

Not satisfied with service. The problem was misdiagnosed. I paid for the repairs and the problem is still not fixed. Took it back for recheck, gave me an estimate of $3000 plus in additional repairs. How do I know this is going to fix the problem? Completely not satisfied.

Meridith was great! However Your computer system made it hard for her to do her job as your codes or whatever aren’t always relative to the vehicle! I.E the battery for my Highlander! The price I was given by someone else when I set the appointment was different to the one that came up for Meridith! She then had to call me back with a different cost again! Meridith was very professional and explained the situation very well, but if you want great customer service have it so your great service writers can do their job right the fist time! They are the ones who have to hear it from customers! Thanks! Garry
