Today I dealt with a new service advisor. She was very knowledgeable polite & answered all my questions & informed me via the technician that I will need a rear brake job Very Soon and provided me with a quote as well. Although today was a tire rotation & oil change only the tech turned the completed tasks before I could finish my free coffee. I only hope the lug nuts were tightened properly. Ha!

This is the 2nd time I brought in the vehicle for a tire with a slow leak. The tech could not find an issue still an blamed me for the issue. If they could not find any issues why blame the customer, that is not a good practice for loyalty. The advisor then quoted me an inflated price, witch was caught by another person. My confidence in your shop now has been diminished.

I was surprised when I got away from traffic that my headlights were off. I wish the valet had informed me to check my lights before leaving and not find out on a dark road and unable to stop. Meredith offered great help in the shop at the counter and had informed me of everything else.
