Service was excellent as always but wait times for people who make appointments needs some work. Basic maintenance oil change and tire rotation with a appointment should be no more than 45 minutes to a hour . My car always feels like new after a service THANKS . Jim Snyder

I waited almost 4 1/2 hours for an oil change. When I made the appointment I was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I received no updates, every time I would ask they would give me another time estimate. The next estimated time would come and go and still no updates.
