1. Meredith was great. I was completely satisfied with her! 2. I wasn’t offered a courtesy shuttle or Uber home, even after requesting it. I was there for an oil change, but didn’t want to wait in your showroom with other people. 3. After my truck was done, I had to wait outside, in the cold, for a valet team member to come talk to me and then go to a back parking lot to get my truck. I was marked as a “waiting” customer, so bring my truck to the delivery lane when it’s done. 4. I have to schedule a meeting whole new appointment due to being scheduled for the “quick” lane. The other issues I had with my truck were not addressed, because I didn’t want to wait 6 hours for the recall work to be done in your shop. And that 6 hours only started once you got my truck on the shop, since I didn’t have a “shop” appointment. 5. After not being happy with my truck, I want to trade it in for a different make. So I can avoid the Toyota line and the Toyota service department

Mr. Webster was very pleasant and professional. I'd really appreciate getting the new fuel pump replaced per the safety recall quicker than late February though. It is concerning that I'm driving a vehicle that is unsafe. There should be a better solution than just to wait and hope nothing goes wrong in the meantime.

I got a recall of fuel pump on my toyota tacoma yesterday and I went to put gasoline on my toyota and found the fuel tank loose by the fuel cap and called 2 times to the service advisor and left a voicemail and didn't get any answers or call back or email nothing still waiting I hope someone can help me out with this.
