Jason was great but the Valet gave me the car back dirtier that I dropped it off, and the inside door handle had mechanic grease on it. I don’t necessarily expect my car to get run through the car wash when it’s in for service, but other Toyota dealers do that.
One bright spot — the women at the rental desk. They were excellent.

I miss the popcorn ???? they didn’t have that , our service took longer then usually we were there like 2 hrs plus waiting with my kids I wish we would took the sutter home when I called to make the appointment I did ask that but don’t know what happened why my husband didn’t take it ?? He was happy that the person help him spoke Spanish that’s really great cause we be going there years always get English service so to have a Spanish speaker it’s a plus plus he was happy ???? me too got to stay home
