Do not appreciate the service writer salesman approach. Been around cars for many years. Owned many cars. Toyota puts cheaps batteries in their vehicles. So do not give me a sales pitch that due to my high mileage is why I need a new battery. The car is 2 years 1 month old. Cheap battery so No I am not going to but a battery at the dealership.

Michael was great when I checked in. Someone else checked me out. Didn't go over what was done or needed. Found out after I left that an air filter is needed on my vehicle. I would have gotten it done that day. But now I have to come in and have it serviced again? Guess we will do it ourselves I just watched it on you tube looks simple and something your service dept should have done. Not your normal top notch service this go round.
