They made us wait for 3 hours and then came out said that they don't have my car's tires when at the beginning Alex confirmed already that they do have my tires! Waited 3 hours for nothing. Also they gave inexperienced technician to handle my car Toyota Yaris 2012 and he broke my sensor then have to wait again for them to replace it and finally we were very mad and my gf is sick and she had to wait with me! at the end when I have to sign papers Alex wrote " Sensor was FOUND BROKEN during the service" when they are the one who broke my sensor luckily I double checked and made him write again that " Sensor was BTROKEN during the time of service ". Also, I did my oil change just 1 day before at Oil Stop in my area and these technicians at Toyota peeled off my oil change sticker from Oil Stop and put the Toyota oil change sticker on which I have never done oil change at Toyota!! Extremely mad and disappointed about the service and the guy ALEX!!!!!!!

I was welcomed very warmly by rep Molly! She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and quickly serviced my vehicle!! I had the best service and she answered all of my vehicle questions!!! Please use Molly to train all other reps as she would be a great model!! (I’ve worked in customer service for 20 yrs-please believe me when I say she is a great model for a good rep to represent your company) I hope she is recognized for her excellent demeanor!!!!!

Derek did an amazing job helping me with my service the other day. I was wanting to diagnose my car to make sure if anything is wrong that I could get it taken care of ASAP.
