She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I personally am highly committed to customer service and I when it comes to the business aspect I feel that we as customers should be communicated with in a clear straight understanding manner about what business is taking place as far as anything extra that may need payment because far too often that part of the business is more hush and more pushing paper to sign and confirm what’s being negotiated and not exactly expected. I respect business but what I don’t appreciate is how it’s being conducted especially when it’s about digging in fokes pockets to do business. A lot of times people are tricked and unaware of the business deals that people push us in it’s not fair at all to the customers. Business is supposed to be straight up across the table all parties are very aware of what’s going on instead of always trusting professionals to be in your best interest when really they are more concerned about growing business over the customer.

The paint and interior sealant that was applied was well done. Windows were left with a hazy film, outside passenger mirror had residue from the sealant that was applied. The next day we noticed that there’s marks on the hood. Very disappointed with the work done. I would like for your service manager to call me

Shane was excellent, courteous and very professional. He explained well.

I was extremely upset about the treatment we received from your guy who sells tires when you pull into the service bay. He measured the tread depth and then told me that we needed to replace two tires. I told him I appreciated the information but was not going to buy any. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed new tires (without ever trying to talk WITH me) 6 times in a row with me saying no thank you each time. I didn't want to be rude and just walk away from him while he was talking but he would not stop badgering me. All the other service check in people walked away during the exchange so I was left standing there by myself while he got angry with me. Eventually, I patted him on the shoulder and said "no" again and started to walk away, but I was not sure where to go next since everyone else had left. In the meantime, I noticed he had started complaining loudly to the other employees and looking over and shaking his head at me, so I walked back and asked why HE was upset after he was being so rude and condescending to me. He stated that he didn't appreciate that I touched him, even though he was standing extremely close to me and had even touched shoulders/arms with me multiple times. I do not enjoy being "sold to" using heavy-handed scare tactics and bullying and unfortunately I will not be coming back to have my vehicles serviced at your dealership unless the sales tactics are changed. I have rarely NOT been satisfied with the service and treatment from Toyota Roseville! It's closer for me to go to the Folsom Toyota but they are not close to the fine treatment and service I find in Roseville. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to evaluate!

Chris understood my repair work and quickly got my service completed. I was in and out within an hour. Great job.

Normally I have a good experience. Today there was no communication and I had to approach Paul both times to get updates on the progress of the car. He did not seem engaged in helping move things along. Made an appointment for 2pm. Did not leave until 4:45pm to get one tire replaced.
