Pick up process is very time consuming. Runnwr, process after the service writer has two major bottlenecks. Once the vehicle has arrived there is a second bottleneck trying to get around vehicles allowed to sit in the alleyway waiting on customers to arrive and move their POVs.

My response isn’t necessarily related to the Roseville Toyota team. They are great professionals who were very helpful. My response is more directed at your partner that is contracted for lumar installation. I feel that there is a lack of quality assurance on their part that is causing the finished product to be lacking. As a paying customer I would hope to get the level of detail that is expected from a provider like them.
