I have a rattle in my dash, your tech said that he couldn’t duplicate the rattle, yet I listened to it on my way home. When I started my car in the garage this morning, I put it in reverse, and it sounded like a rock being shaken in an empty can. It went away in a few seconds. It happened again later in the day. I have less than 3000 miles on the vehicle. So no, I'm not satisfied. Derek had nothing to do with the issue, it isn’t his fault

Paid for a tire rotation but they did not rotate my tires. I marked my tires prior to bringing it for service to make sure it was done but it wasn’t. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
