Everything is was great except for 1 thing. The time it took was 2 hours over what was told to expect. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I had to cancel another appt as my car was not done within the time frame I was given when I dropped off the car.

Toyota charged me $175 for a TPM diagnosis which the tire store down the street did for free. Toyota took from my appointment time at 8:10 am to late morning to do this diagnosis and get back to me. It took the tire store under a minute. Once I approved the work to the TPM’s I waited more than two hours and then returned to the facility where I was told 10 more minutes. This was pretty close, as it only took about 20 minutes. In the end, I paid over $600 dollars for two new TPM’s (could have been about $200) which took 6 hours to replace. Appears to be a case of built in obselescence so Toyota service centers can make high margins.

In regards to the employees who check-in the vehicles as they arrive for maintenance service, please ensure they check-in the vehicles/customers in the order they arrive. On a few occasions other customers who arrived for service after me were checked in before me. One time, 3-4 vehicles/customers were checked in after I arrived and while I stood waiting to helped/checked in.
