I’m not sure charging me 110.00 for an oil change when damaging my truck is the right thing to do. Bringing the truck back in to get fixed is a hassle...the offer of a free oil change was the least Roseville Toyota could have done

Almost 2.5 hours for an oil change. If i was aware it could take that long I could have scheduled for a different day or planned accordingly.
