It took longer than I expected (not Kyle's or anyone else's fault) just unexpected issues that took longer to resolve. All issues were resolved to my complete satisfaction. Under the circumstances I completely understand.
Entire staff very organized, completely professional and extremely courteous as always. Customer for life with out any reservations.

I brought my car in at noon for an oil change and to get a new door handle installed. I was there 5 hours as I didn't get a phone call or an update. I went to Auburn Toyota for 15 years. The service team always called right away if they ran into problems or delays. I was waiting onsite.

Had my Tacoma serviced on 5/28, technicians striped two lug nuts. Was advised two new ones would be ordered and I’d be called that evening, never happened. I went in on the morning of 5/29 to follow up with advisor Alexander, he didn’t have the lug nuts yet and said he’d call later that night, never did. I have called him SEVEN times now with zero response. I left a voicemail with service manager Cole on 6/3, never a call back. This has been the worst experience I have ever had anywhere with the pure lack of respect to call me back to handle something your technicians caused. Unbelievable
